Philip H. Eastman ll, founding partner in the Boise-based consulting firm, Leadership Advisors Group, helps clients enhance their leadership effectiveness.  He combines more than twenty-five years of leadership experience with his passion for developing leaders, building teams, and improving performance.

Phil has served in numerous corporate and community leadership roles.  His corporate experience includes seventeen years in the banking industry where he excelled in a series of progressively more responsible corporate positions. After culminating his banking career as CEO of Key Bank Idaho, Phil chose to pursue consulting where he helps clients optimize their individual and organizational effectiveness.

As an advisor, consultant, teacher, and coach, Phil works with a growing and diverse group of clients in a variety of industries and countries.  His leadership experience and expertise has made him a sought after speaker and advisor to organizations in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
